September's Best Food and Beverage Events in Atlanta

September is a great month for food and beverage fundraisers, festivals, and one of a kind events. Check out our list for these not-to-be-missed events. 


Monday 14th - Saturday 19th

This is not your ordinary restaurant week. During Bert's Big Adventure Restaurant Week all of the restaurants participating will donate 10% of their sales to Bert's Big Adventure, a nonprofit organization that provides a magical, all expenses paid, 5 day trip to Walt Disney World for children with chronic and terminal illnesses and their families. Party in the Kitchen

Thursday 17th at American Spirit Works

Enjoy a fun night of music, cocktails, and delicious food prepared by some of Atlanta's finest chefs from Watershed, Saltyard, and Kyma. There will also be silent and live auctions will all proceeds going to benefit Open Hand Atlanta, which provides meals for individuals living with or disabled by chronic diseases, homebound seniors, and at-risk youth and families. Ford Fry Shake Shack Collaboration

Saturday 19th at Shake Shack

For one day only all of your dreams will come true. Shake Shack and Ford Fry will come together for a special burger collaboration. Fry mentioned to Atlanta Magazine that he has been working on this burger for 2 months, so you know its going to be a burger you won't want to miss out on. 



Taste of Atlanta

Friday 25th - Sunday 27th in Tech Square

One of the most anticipated food events of the year is finally here. With more than 90 participating restaurants, Taste of Atlanta is one of the best events to attend and try some of the best food that Atlanta has to offer. Additionally, they have cooking classes, demonstrations, and a silent auction. Beltline Wine Stroll

Saturday 26th on the Eastside Trail of the BeltLine

The 3rd Annual Wine Stroll on the BeltLine takes through the Eastside Trail for a mile long walk and wine and food tasting. So come enjoy a leisurely stroll with venues like The Albert, Pure, Barcelona Wine BarMF Sushi and so many more. Click here for more details:


Great Atlanta Beer Fest

Saturday 26th at Turner Field

The Great Atlanta Beer Fest is returning to Turner Field for its best year yet. There will be more than 150 beers available to sample from Atlanta, the Southeast, and all of America as well as a small selection of wines and ciders. Scout's Alley will be open and the games will be free for beer fest guests. Additionally, the Geeks Band will be playing live music throughout the event. Click here for more details:
