Join Underground Atlanta for lunch this Wednesday, where you can also hear live music from Thunder Gypsy. Each Wednesday, food trucks line upper Alabama St for the lunch hour (11am- 2pm). This week, you’ll find trucks from Genki, Philly Connection, Viet-Nomie's, Wheely Grilly, Flatbread Bistro, King of Pops, Happy Belly, Urban Taali, and many others! –Price by item

Five-course rose dinner

Thursday, July 30 at One Eared Stag

This Thursday, celebrate summer with a fresh 5-course meal from One Eared Stag's chef, Robert Phalen. The menu will include fresh produce, scallop crudo, Serrano chili, and a surprise dessert! Each course comes with a glass of wine or a summer cocktail. Reservations are required for each of the 30 seats available. -$75

Soapbox family derby

Saturday, August 1 at Historic Old Fourth Ward Park

Dads, it’s time to spend some quality time with your little ones! This week, you can watch the Cool Dads Rock Soap Box Derby, or enter your kids in the race. To compete, you’ll need to build a kid-sized wooden car and bring along a helmet. The event will also have food, kids activities, vendors, and prizes for the winners.          -Free to watch, $37 to race
