King of Pops Field Day

November 1st at The Masquerade

What better way to spend a Sunday than with free pops? The King of Pops 5th Annual Field Day will be a day filled with live music, food trucks, games, and most importantly a popsicle eating contest. This is a day that the whole family is sure to enjoy. More info. 


Sunday Supper South

November 1st at Ponce City Market 

Sunday Supper South is a family style Friends of James Beard Benefit Dinner featuring a collection of the Souths most distinguished culinary icons. Atlanta's Adam Evans, Todd Ginsberg, Sean Dotty, Hector Santiago, and Bruce Logue will be some of the featured chefs for the night. Members and non-members are asked to come out and support the James Beard Foundation while enjoying seasonally inspired flavors of the South. More info. 

Balsamic Dinner

November 5th at Bellinia

One of Ponce City Markets newest restaurants, Bellina Alimentari, is kicking off the first of its Culinary Club events with a 5 course journey of delicious food and vinegar combinations accompanied by a unique wine selection. Andrea Bezzechi's produces traditional balsamic vinegar straight out of Italy and will be joining Bellina's chef David Berry in the kitchen for the event. Call 404.330.9933 for reservations. Flavor Run

November 6th at Jim R. Miller Park

This is not your average color run. The Flavor Run is a family fun, un-timed 5k that brings local flavor, vendors, and staff to be the best and more delicious run that the Atlanta area will ever experience. Instead of traditional color stations, there will be Flavor Stations where participants are covered in fruit flavored color powders. More info.


Chomp & Stomp Chili Cook-Off

November 7th in Cabbagetown

The 13th Annual Chomp & Stomp will definitely not disappoint. The day opens with a race bright and early. If you want to run be sure to preregister, they have sold out the past 4 years. Beer will be pouring for runners right after the race but the festival doesn't open for other until 11. The rest of the day is filled with chili tastings, music, and cabbage games. So head over, buy your $5 tasting spoon and enjoy one Atlanta's most classic food festivals. More info. 

Decatur Wine Festival

November 7th in Decatur

The Decatur Wine Festival is Atlanta's largest outdoor wine festival. You will taste 500 wines at 70 tables from around the globe, sample delicious food from Decatur restaurants, and enjoy live music. Proceed from the day benefit the Decatur Arts Alliance which produces many free arts events throughout the year. More info. 

Israeli Dinner at Parish

November 11th at Parish

Join James Beard Award Winning Chef Michael Solomonov at Parish for one night only. He will be cooking a 4 course Israeli dinner honoring his newly released "Zahav: A World of Israeli Cooking". November 15th at SweetWater Brewing Company

Caskgiving is a craft beer nerds dream day. Come out to sample 12 brand spankin' new casks and vote on your favorite. 8 will come from the SweetWater brewers, 1 made by the folks in their Quality Assurance lab, a couple of side projects from @bravesandbeer and BeerStreetJournal, and one made by a lucky fan. There will also be one-of-a-kind glassware and they will be hosting seminars and a Q&A session with a brewer. More info.

Thankful Harvest

November 15th at The LP Grant Mansion

Thankful Harvest is a celebration featuring cocktails, plenty of seasonal fare, and live music in the spirit of gratitude for two wonderfu Grand Park community institutions: the Atlanta Preservation Center and The Grant Park Farmers Market. Chefs Sarah O'Brien, The Little Tart Bakeshop, and David Sweeney will be cooking for the night. Paul Calvert will be mixing cocktails with locally sourced ingredients. A portion of the proceeds of the event will benefit the Erskine Fountain Fund and the Grant Park Farmers Market outreach and education programs. More info. 


Bourbon Barrel Drafty Kilt Bottle Release

November 16th at Monday Night Brewing

Monday Night Brewing will be releasing the bottle for one of their newest brews, Bourbon Barrel Draft Kilt. Admission will include a tour, 22oz bottle, gold-rimmed Black Tie tulip glass, a 16oz. You'll always have a good time at a Monday Night Brew event so don't miss out. More info.
